Japan's big four car makers issue over 100,000 recalls

When we want to talk about transport we always think about Japan at first country so that I want to present you about a spirit that they responsible to their Japanese customer, I was impressive about this. Japan, there are many factories, so many people called “Industries Country.” There are many kind of product that their produces. Car is one of the significant industries, in terms of production and distribution, in Japan. Mostly cars maker in Japan have invest in many countries, but everything always have problem.

In this article, I have to present you about some problem with their cars. In Japan there are big four maker’s car such as Toyota, Nissan and Honda. But their products have some problem with the airbag in the passenger seat because of shards to fly out when it opened. This impact made them recall their cars over 100,000 and most of them had a problem with this. Although they lost their money but they are be willing to do it because they always care safety of customers.

From my point of view, I think this is the best way that the producer have to do when their product have problems. I rarely see in Thailand, the producer ignore their customers when the product cannot use good as same as in advertise. But it’s about safety and quality that the customers should receive when they buy the product. So, Mostly of Thai’s producer should learn the way that Japanese’s producer do and try to do it as much as they can.
